"You have to ask yourself three questions. One. Am I bleeding from my eye sockets? Two. Am I projectile vomiting? Three. Are organs that are meant to be on the inside of my body on the outside? If you can't answer 'yes' to any of those questions, get back on your bike and keep riding!"

GJB- sorry about my more recent, and very similar member name.

Here's another Winston (paraphrased) quote for you anyway, also involving a woman:

Woman - "Egad, you're drunk!"

WC - " By morning I shall be sober. You however, will still be ugly."

"Language most shows a man: Speak, that I may see thee. It springs out of the most retired and inmost parts of us, and is the image of the parents of it, the mind. No glass so mirrors a man's form or likeness so true as his speech." - Ben Jonson, Timber, or Discoveries made upon Men and Matter.

...and , The Golden Rule:

"Therefore all that you wish men to do to you, even so do also to them." Matthew 7:12

I always try to keep this one as a motto. How about the way we treat fellow competitors, race volunteers, etc. Sometimes in the heat of it I really need this stamped on my forehead!
