That's up to you.
There's 4 climbs on the course.
At the top of each, TAKE A LEFT.
The 3rd climb, below the cliffs, you'll take a right to keep climbing where it levels off a bit, but then it's a LEFT.
Current forecast for next Sunday is sunny and hot.

still packing the car for all weather.....
my legs are toast from Paris and Longbranch marathons.....
tomorrow will be first real bike ride of the season.
starting bike training the week before is ok right?

On race day my wife and daughter will be coming. They are being dropped off by a friend, will they be able to get into the parking area or will they have to walk in from the main road ? If so how far is the walk ? They will be coming after the race has started.

If they're not entered in the race, they can still park nearby by paying a nominal fee that goes to a good cause. Only about a 1/4 mile walk to the transition area.

Took the bike out for a last long ride. What started as a ticking when I turned the pedals turned into a major racket in the bottom bracket area. These press in BB's stink. If this was a Shimano, I would have a new one in already. Took it to Brickwell Bikes in Syosit. They said they can get to it today. Hope they have it fixed by race time.

Indeed, full panic mode has yet again kicked in with respect to the impending LC disaster about to befall fat me. However, to allay these panic attacks I have self medicated with a steady rate of quality IPAs to include the highly coveted Heady Topper, Montauk's Session IPA and my new fav SingleCut Beersmith's Full Stack. Ambrosia of the Gods. I'd much prefer hot and hellish to cold and raining. This flat lander from Long Island is ready to take his medicine this Sunday.

Perpetuem = pancake batter mix (which no one should be drinking)
Perpetuem + Mtn. Dew = Pancake batter mix that a horse pissed on.

You didn't mix it strong enough. One scoop in a bottle tastes like wallpaper paste, four scoops and it starts to taste good, six scoops; yum

In the old days of running Ultras, you would run up to an unmaned table with water, Mountain Dew, boiled potatoes and a bowl of salt. Dip the potato in the salt, wash it down with the Dew and keep going!

My only objective for Sun is to take back the Mohonk descent KOM, and then drink lots of Tetsuoni's beer and heckle the LC racers.
