I've just be loving this year's 100/100 Challenge. I was on fire early and up 3 runs when my brother came in for the holidays a gave me a cold that knocked me back to even after three days off. I'm back up two runs now and feeling good.
Last week it was cold in Los Angeles. Well, cold for Southern California standards: 50degrees during the day with wind. That's very chilly for this area. The wind makes for clearer air than normal and I wanted to submit some pics from a typical trail run above my neighborhood.
Looking east you can see the tall buildings of Century City (just above ridge) and in background - downtown Los Angeles.

Looking waaay east now, you can just make out snow on the mountain tops

On the way back down - headed south now, the Santa Monica Bay with Palos Verdes (the big mound) in the distance.

And I even saw deer on this run
