6', 180 (last year I raced closer to 170; hopefully will get there), swimmer's build. I race in a medium Liftfoil which seems to fit me perfectly; I have multiple pairs of your medium compression shorts. I have a pair of your bib shorts, never having worn bibs before; they are large and they seem a bit loose around the thighs, but I don't know if that is because I'm used to your compression shorts. I'd get the medium bibs if they aren't significantly shorter than the large size.

Rrr840 and I have the same built, with me having an extra inch on the waist (30'). 5'10'', 150lbs, lean. I have several desoto tri-shorts and the jersey, all in Medium, and they fit me very well. I tried the small jersey but ended up returning it (TriSports) because it was too small (I could not close the zipper). I never even tried the Small shorts because sizing info from the website says 24-27 waist.

I am planning to order the kit in Medium, but now I am a little confused about the sizing.

addendum... I just tried my desoto kit and it's definitely Medium on the shorts. The jersey is the one I'm unsure whether to stay @ medium or go small. The Medium jersey (and sleeveless kit I have) is not a tight fit at the chest BUT tight at the bottom/waist (start of zipper). I think this was the problem I had with the Small I tried on before. Any recommendation?

I own the Riviera S/S Top in Large and the Solana Shorts in X-Large. How woud that translate into the Jersey and 400Mile Bib respectively?

Are we close to 12 for womens orders? Also, does the new femme line fit similar to the old womens line? I usually wear a medium in De Soto (forza, 400 mile short) so just want to confirm what I should order. And sorry if you already answered this but I did a quick scan of the posts and didn't see a response.

As for the fit, we've never made a Femme Bike Jersey but the jersey will be consistent with other sizing, yes. That is one of my "soap box" issues - I really believe if you order a medium in De Soto Femme, you should order a medium in all Femme products.

perfect. Yes, you are medium in all De Soto garments and size 4 in T1 Wetsuits.

I was going to consult with Emilio on this one but in my opinion, the cycling jersey is slightly looser fit than the tri apparel so a small may be just fine for you. Was it a cycling or tri jersey you previously purchased?
