This reminds me of the movie Coming to America when Eddie Murphy (the Prince) goes into that barber shop. He tells the barber "Just make it nice and neat" so the barber grabs a pair of scissors, cuts off the pony tail and says "That'll be 8 dollars".

OP: Go get your $250 back and spend it on a real fitter vetted by Slowtwitch. I got a PR by 6 minutes after my "correct" fit. Even better, I'm comfortable on my bike now.
