I use a beddit, was cheap and gives me nice heart rate metrics at night and I don't have to wear anything.

I have/had vivosmart, vivosmart hr, vivoactive and all for me were uncomfortable during sleep unless I just passed out with them on.

Beddit is just there on the bed and you don't even notice it's there.

Just wish it worked on it's own without the phone app, but for the cost... can't complain too much.
