I see the Jand bag has a transition mat. Is this a desireable feature? I have only done about 5 tris and I usually use a towel.

I never used the mat. I already tossed it. Towel is perfect.
If you are near a "Big Lots" store and don't care that its not name brand, there is a true tri-bag on sale there for get this...$12 dollars. If I didn't already have one, I would have bought it. In fact I was tempted to get a bunch and sell them on ebay!
