I somehow was able to qualify for the world championships in Nice next year. Still comprehending it all, but I certainly handed over my credit card. With that being said, I wanted to see what people suggest for training?
Living in a cold weather climate, all of my training from about November-April is done indoors. I've never actually swam in the ocean before and live thousands of miles away from a mountain.
Best I can think of is just do my regular swim workouts, bike hills and use resistance on my trainer in the winter, and just keep on running. Any other thoughts?
