No, you shouldn't notice a huge difference. Do you have the same tires on both sets of wheels?

I would say the that the 3T wheelset should be better because the fulcrum's set are heavy. Did you try verifying the weight specs on their site and compare both wheelsets?

It is now much easier to pedal. It takes alot less effort to pedal and it feels like there is a lot less resistance while pedaling as well.
Check the bearings with the QR clamped.

How much do you weigh?
145psi is going to feel like you are riding on stone wheels.

I've had an lbs over tighten a cone in the hub. Compressed the bearings too much. Made the rolling resistance frigging crazy. I redid then myself and that fixed that. But yours are probably sealed bearings... might be worth checking.

make sure you are not clamping the quick release too hard. Pick up the bike by the saddle and gently spin the wheels and make sure they are not rubbing anywhere. Remove the wheels and spin them while holding the axle and feel for binding in the bearing or freehub.
if all those check out ok you are good to go

I know I will get some flack for admitting this but I am pretty sure the pressure I used on my first wheels was way too high. In my defense the tires say max 145psi. But yeah I had them around 140 and the new ones at about 115-120. Does everyone agree this is what made the difference? Thanks for the input.
High pressure usually feels faster, but isn't.
