Does the force 24mm offer any advantage over 23mm gp4000ii for the rear wheel?

Depends on the tire and how rough the roads are.

Gp4000 and decent road? Just try to get a ballpark #.

The GP 4000s loses some of it's magical aero properties after a few hundred miles, but that will only affect you on the front wheel when you're racing. Those tires have been pretty durable for me--I use them for thousands of miles in training.
