Does anyone have experience or knowledge on drilling a 5 mm hole in a carbon stem?

I am toying with the idea of running the hydraulic rear line through the missile evo stem and under the steerer tube cap.

the hole would go between the hollow section and recess point under the cap.



on the left hand side to avoid the tightening screws



I'd have to drill or make a groove at the end of the stem under the cap to be able to get the hose into the top stem
of my Cervelo new P3. Brake cable routing would be similar to P5 with the aduro stem.
