What types of workouts do you use to really increase your TSS? Even when I feel like I went pretty hard, I can't seem to elevate the score....
Just curious....
Mathematically, TSS = duration x intensity
squared, but physiologically, there's a limit to just how intensely one can train (as well as partially psychological limit to just easily one can exercise and still be willing to call it training). So, if you want to rack up a high TSS (whether that's a worthy goal, at least in and of itself, is another question...), the solution is to ride for a long period of time.
