Same problem

I had same issue. Got the company phone number from website and called them. They eventually called me back and I played email tag with a guy named Rick Vosper (rick@veltechsports.com). He found a local retailer and they have reserved a race pack for me. Just need to go by and pick it up. Local retailer is CycleWorks if you live near Atlanta.

Funny how a company like this was just trying to give folks free product and their internet site won't handle the requests. Good idea, but poor execution.
