As of right now, any weekend works. Does the later date mean possible better weather?

Second weekend is Passover, which is a pretty big holiday, but may not affect anyone else but me... So, I'd vote for first weekend... Would loooove to return this year! Thanks for organizing Cathy and Kristi for posting to FB!

 In the past there have been rental bikes available so we will let you know closer to the date. That's what I did my first year when I had to fly instead of drive and it worked out fine.

Many of the womens ship their bike cases instead of taking them on the plane. Kristi is Team Leader for the Womens bike assembly and disassembly process, which we do in Dan's workshop, with a lot of photo ops. I always love seeing so many women tackle mechanics and assembly with no hesitation!

The last couple of years, I have shipped my bike via FedEx ground 7-10 days early. It is waiting for me to put it together when I arrive. This may be an option instead of flying with your bike. It is sometimes cheaper than airline fees, sometimes about the same - FedEx rates vary, usually based on fuel prices. Let me know if I can help with any details!

Hope I'm not too late for this, but I would love to come train with women in Xantusia!
