Just wanted to know if anyone has had trouble with there Trek speed concept 7.0 2015 model with the gooseneck hitting the frame when the bars are at full lock what could be done to stop this

You mean the stem? Nothing can be done to stop this to my knowledge. It happens with other bikes too with a bayonet style fork. The only bike I'm aware of that has some sort of an internal stopper is the Diamondback Serios which is ironic because it doesn't have a bayonet style fork!
