I've just bought a PXS and the wheel does not literally "drop in" to the drop out - the forks under tension if I try to insert the wheel - is that normal?

That sounds a bit odd. I'll dig my old stealth frame out of the garage and have a look. I can't remember it being a problem when I was using it though.
