Thanks

Celebration health has a nice indoor pool and it is 50 meters. I used to be a group fitness instructor there. The Orlando Aquatic center (YMCA) is at I-Drive and has 100 meter lanes. Those are the only two indoor pools I can think of. You can drive up to Orlando for lucky lake swim, and that is free.
For the Aquatic center you will need to call as the program there is busy. Long course season starts any day now but it's not setup all day as they have water polo, under water hockey and several other things that share the main Oly pool. The dive well usually has several 25y lanes setup when they are not diving, doing scuba classes or synchronized swimming. The 3rd pool is the teaching pool and usually too warm to swim long in.
There's a Y in Kissimmee with an outdoor pool, IIRC only a 25yd setup. #15 on the list here
http://ymcacentralflorida.com/y-locations/ Lucky's would be cool. But as a 1st timer you need to ready the instructions, you'll need to have a wetsuit, buoy or something, no exceptions.
"All new swimmers for their first three crossings MUST have flotation with them such as a pull buoy, wet suit, safer swimmer buoy, life guard buoy etc… (This is not a suggestion it’s a requirement) I don’t care if your name is Michael - freaking - Phelps this rule is absolute."
If you'd like to drive over to Melbourne on 192 there's a 1+ mile OWS every Tues & Thurs in the lagoon. Last Thursday the water was 75F.
"6pm and in the water ASAP after that. 11220 S.Tropical trail (.5 mile north of Mather's Bridge)."
