Checked a few websites, but nothing seems to be particularly detailed. Does anyone have a recent, accurate temp reading for the lake?

As cold as it's been here this week in the mornings, I suspect the swim will be wetsuit legal. I live just 20 miles away, fwiw.

OOPS!
Current water temp is 75 degrees!
May be a non-wetsuit swim. I'd guess we'll see some DNF's in that case, and some DNS's.

At pre race meeting they said it was 70, and the head official said it was 99% likely to be a wet suit legal race

Ditto the above comment. Head ref said it was 69-70* today. He seemed to think it would be wetsuit no problem.
