Ah! Everyone here has had some GREAT advice on to brick or not. I have a long running base as well as a good cycling base, so I'm not "too worried." But it never occurred to me to brick to spot check for nutrition issues. Brilliant! I have a 112 miler on the books for tomorrow. I'll add a run and see what the tummy does. Thanks!
