If you paid close attention, the cab frame and the body panels are aluminum. The chassis is primarily steel with the exception of a lone aluminum cross member. Fatigue isn't a concern in designing a cab because, in theory, it should be a one time use thing (passive safety in the event of a crash).

Yes, aluminum can be safely used in a bike. But if you're going to bury something under a plastic fairing where you won't be able to inspect it, just use steel. Easier to weld to boot.

With all of that said, I highly doubt this is Flo's project. The tooling for such a bike would be way too expensive.

Currently, the price to have a good aero bar is just ridiculous (800$ range)

It's ridiculous that you think that. You can put together a very fast set up, faster than many, many expensive bars for $500.

I'm happy to be ridiculous. What was your point again?

better graphics for their deep rim wheels. I would love to see them offer the same decal options as for the Flo30. I think the white background on the decal that doesn't reach all the way to the rim on the 90 and disc look ridiculous. Stupid, I know, but actually a factor in deciding to buy. Not that they're having trouble selling them though :).

yes. Personally I think it's less visually pleasing than having the stark contrast of white vs. black, especially when you get up to speed and they're quickly flying around the rim.
