Just curious if the Coggan power profiling table ever included these intervals.

Bummer. Just curious, in roadie mode (for me) this season so seeing some historic bests in training. "It's only one metric" as Dr. Evil says. :)

or go do 5min all out tomorrow =)

I'm using Poweragent 7.5 (super limited) & I'm pretty sure TrainingPeaks free doesn't include it.
Did 381 @ 4min today. 5min best is 335 from last April, It's possible I'd have pushed that number up today but to where w/out MMP is a guess. I'm not going back out there tomorrow and slay myself on that climb. :) (I have a flat TT on Sunday).

Nice! I have an older version and totally spaced that, thanks.
If your plotting that out against other duration's you can find a critical power worksheet online. Then you can change he inputs and model different scenarios with different powers.
But ultimately power is like money in the bank, you can never have enough.
