I was sponsored by Saucony in the 90's and always wore the womens models because of my narrow feet. My current race shoe is actually an Asics DS Trainer in a womens 11.
The only time anyone has said anything was at the start of a local reverse order triathlon when a young girl pointed at my feet and stated (quite loudly) " Hey you are wearing girls shoes! Which brought a few laughs to those around us.

Magenta Asics Nimbus. Short answer yes. I'm a size 41, very low volume with high arches. I ditch the regular insole for my foot balance orthotics. That "B" width is perfect for me. Gotten to the point where I don't even care about the color, I'll wear whatever.
