What's up with the sideways receptacle and non-matching cover? ;-) ************** Too f@ckin depressed from various injuries to care about having a signature line.
fortunately it was more of a dare/bet. she doubted that i couldn't get my foot behind my head. so did i but i managed to do it just short of dislocating my hip:) worth a try that worked out best for me.
caught me in laziness. took the pedals with me to st. croix for a 2 week vacation and rented a bike there (yes, brought shoes, too, smarta$$). haven't been in the mood to put them back on yet since it is about 15-20 degrees out here in chicago.
Sweet steed. Tell Mrs. Trirn I can put both feet behind my head at the same time, and as a cherry on the cake I can go from a seated position to standing with either foot behind my head. Great flexibility and balance. Are either of these gifts worthy of a disk for me?
My god! I'm amazed with babies that can do that. As an adult, thats just crazy. I cant even get my foot to my chin. How much Yoga and streatching do you do each day?!
shockingly enough I do no stretching and no yoga. It all started as a dare at a highschool party, which, susiquently got me lucky that night by a cheerleader. If only I knew then what I knew now. Too much info, I know. I keep telling myself I'm going to start stretching one of these days but never get around to it. My goal is to be able to put my palms flat on the floor while standing.
