has anybody done the steelhead 70.3. Any suggestions regarding the swim, bike, or the run? This is my first 70.3. I am already signed up. My experience is not much though. I have only done 3 sprint and one Olympic distance so far.

Lots of info on this race here...do a search. Its an awesome race and one of the best HIMs in the Midwest.

Great Race - Real nice first time 70.3 for athletes. Wet suit swim, a few small hills on the bike, nice easy run course. The hardest part of the weekend is finding a hotel room. See you at the race. Z
