My wife has real bad bilat knee pain behind the patella. She has been doing RICE therapy for about 2wk and minimal improvement. Any suggestion? She plans on going to see the doc soon. She developed the pain after running too long and too fast. I did notice her shoes were old and we got her a new pair. Thanks!
