“Cruise the down hills and keep the rubber side down” wise words from Brett http://www.zentriathlon.com

there was a slight bend in the road, on a very steep hill, which i didnt quite make it round at 47mph

Yikes! Looks a lot worst than my crash at 20mph. The bike took most of the damage for me.The poor thing had to have a $700 facelift.

be careful everyone.

If you shave off the rest of that hair you could have gotten 5 more watts

Did you also, by chance, cut your foot in the garage and walk through your house last season?

Glad you are smiling and OK (sort of)! However, your hind side did not impress me.

Post them.

Have you ever seen a foot blown off from a electrical charge (accidental contact with high voltage line)?

that is gruesome. Your pictures will just be cool.

Go ahead and post, but for the love of god, no more "creepy ass smiling over the shoulder look with a hairy ass" naked pose. Please! I just ate banana chips and they hurt like hell when you throw them up and they become plaster when you spit them out on you LCD.

Oh sweet jebus!!! Well, it could have been worse! That's brutal! Looks like hallway guitar will go unplayed for a while! now my sudden stop under a car at38mph doesn't look so bad! I got very lucky!
Good luck on your recovery! Ouch!!

Is there dirt under the edge of the wounds on the hand?
Debriding that will be tons of fun.

I went through nasty road rash like that about 2.5years ago. During a race that I had two hours left in. The whole thing also got sunburnt. I feel your pain. Get well quickly.
