Is the SRAM Force 22 Rear Derailleurs compatible with SRAM Aero SL-500 shifter set 11sp?

If so, geez, I must be really screwing something up :(. Would really appreciate some help - thanks in advance!

I've got the cables all hooked up, but when I start shifting (chain not installed yet), I can see the RD move from smallest cog to largest in about 7 shifts. Obviously I expected to start at smallest, shift 10 times and see the RD perfectly in line with the largest... not even close. I've got the limit screws dialed in, looks perfect to me.

If they're not compatible, I'm wondering, with what is "Aero SL-500 shifter set 11sp" compatible?

What's really confusing is that the web page for the RD lists compatible shifters but does NOT list the SL-500, but the web page for the SL-500 shifters lists Force 22 as compatible...

Are you sure you ran the cable correctly around the rear mech? Should run around achannel before it gets to the cable pinch bolt

Thanks Neil, you nailed it.

Once the cable goes through the barrel and through the guide I had it going above the screw. I changed the position of the cable, under the screw, and all worked great!

Thanks for your response!

Steve
