I'm interested in volunteering my time to partner with disabled triathletes to help them complete triathlons. Similar to "Team Hoyt" type stuff, but I can't find any organizations that appears to coordinate this type of thing. Maybe I'm missing it, or just don't know what to search for.

Does anyone have insight into this?
