Poipu Area please...


I have normally swam at Shipwreck Beach...friends say it is chocked full of teethy critters out there!
Was also told the following:


Koloa Landing or in the Kukui'ula Small Boat Harbor Park,


but for swimming laps, local triathletes and swimmers take to Salt Pond Park in Hanapepe


Any other tips? Thanks...

I only visit from time to time, so I may not know all the spots, but typically I'll go to Brennecke's beach, which is usually calm and well protected, and I can do a few laps there. I've swam at Kukui'ula Harbor as well, which is also calm and well protected.
