There are plenty of trees to lock your bike up. Just get a long cable. I don't recall seeing any bike stands. Be aware that there are parts of the race you can't ride on.

i think there are some bike racks near the beach and tennis club (swim start).

I also think there are bike racks in the Pedestrian Village by the top section by where the Gondola is. Also, depends on where you are staying but traffic is one way in some areas so tell your family to be extra careful. IMMT is an awesome venue and perfect for a family.
