the rear derailuer bar end shifteri, in the small chainring, when sitting on the bike, points towards me and is almost parralel to the ground. in order to shift in the aero position i have to take my hand off the aerobar to get my thumb low enough to shift it into the big chain ring to where the shifter is pointing forward or away from me. this doesn't seem right to me. whats the point of being aero if you have to take your hands off the aero bar to shift.
