John Howard fitting
A member of the local bike group set up John Howard to come do fittings for us. Excellent and local right?

Problems rose and now the fittings will be 4+ hours away.

I have time reserved but Now we're talking like a whole weekend day to do a ~2hr fitting. Suppose I could ride home part way..

Think it's worth it?

John will take great care and much time in fitting you, and talking about most subjects. He's a great guy, but most here would say afterwards that you seat is too high. Only you can judge whether it's worth it. What are the credentials of the last person who fit you?

John is EXCELLENT. I know many that fly across the country to have him fit them. You might be able to fine a decent fitter closer, but John's got to be considered one of the best. I posted a series of 5 videos on Youtube last year from a conference John did. He really knows his stuff:
