They can have no bigger than a 54 in front and no smaller than a 14 in back. I know ! You can do a roll out and use other combinations but what a pain. My grandson races tri's and wants to go to road racing he had a triple in front (wish he didn't) the middle ring is two big and the small ring is two small IMHO.

He is 16 and dropped me the other day on a long hill. Getting old is fun and hard. i love seeing him get better even with limited training BUT I wish I could continue to improve or at least keep up! Also anyone with kids or grandkids who are racing? We should start sharing info!!!!
I wish Franswaaaaa lived close he seems like the type I would like to coach my grandsons. Even if he is FRENCH!!!!!!!!
