Will my legs come back to me?

Ran outside October through February 6x week doing BarryP plan last month was 30 mi week-the most I've ever done. Then around end of February started a 16 week 70.3 plan for Kansas race in June. For the past month my long runs on Sunday after my long ride (50 mi) on Sat I have absolutely felt like dogshit the entire run. Long runs are 12 mi distance now. Will my legs bounce back after the taper or will if just race with lead in my shoes like I'm feeling now?
