What's the scoop there on Tuesdays? Schedule seems pretty straight forward. I'd love to do the 930am on Monday but I arrive tonight. Not sure how I will feel after 9 hours of driving, although I do gain an hour. Maybe the 930am Wednesday.
If my GF tags along, will she have stuff to do. She is a novice swimmer, are the pools too busy for somebody like that or would we have a lane to ourselves? Can she find a treadmill or anything.
