I would like to use Ultegra 6800 crank arm from Stages on my Cervelo P3 2014 (FSA BBright). Anyone know what kind of adapter I need? I was looking at Wheels manufacturing adapters but I am little lost as to what size I need. Thank you!

This should be it.

You want to go from BBrite to 24mm Shimano.

As posted above, Wheels manufacturing produce an adaptor from BB30 (or PF30) to allow you to run a shimano crank.
Alternatively, Rotor makes a BB designed specifically for BBright and Shimano cranks. -> From Cervelo themselves "For Shimano & compatible cranks, use Rotor 4624 BBright bottom bracket"

I am unsure that the two things are compatible. A NDS Ultegra 6800 crankarm on a FSA Gossamer BBRight crankset.
At least, that's what I'm understanding you want to do. The previous two posters are addressing issues of bottom bracket compatibility.
