USA 5th at World Cross Country Champs

The American men ran a really strong team race to place 5th in the 4k race in Fukuoka, Japan. Bekele was his ever dominant self, winning again. The women's 8k begins in about 30mins.

US Women match the men with a 5th place team finish in the 8k race. Nice run for the Aussies.

Hey, i saw u work 4 Asics. when i got home from my first track meet today, i was suprised by paul T. with a gift of Red Japan Thunder Spikes. hopefull they make me go faster than the cross country flats i wore today..
