Three weeks ago, I tweaked my left vastus medialis finishing up a set of intervals on the bike and I'm still feeling it a bit. I rested it for a few days, did some easy riding for a few days and I think I increased my intensity too quickly. My PT suggested lowering my saddle height a few mm and gave me some stretches. My question is, has anyone had a similar experience and how do you know when it's safe the ease back on the intensity??
