Just another TPU bike tube. There are lots on eBay, AliExpress, etc. These are on the pricy side, up there with Tublito. RideNow seems to be the mid-priced got-to. Lots of no-brands for $5.

TPU tubes have been discussed quite a bit on this forum. Rolling resistance varies quite a bit by brand; some are almost at latex level, some are as bad as butyl. Their main value is that they pack small and are good for flat kits.
