Tracking athletes

I'm still a rookie at this sport, but trying to track the wife's progress in the Florida 70.3 3 hours into the race and the live tracker and a different app (IM trkr?) aren't showing any times on any athletes. Am I looking wrong, or are they just not updated yet?

Thanks! Don't want to sound like a whiner, just figured I would ask. Good news is I saw her out of swim towards looking strong and leaving transition, so I think life is good right now.

I've been trying to track a few buds and have had the same issue...

Last year, at IMNC 70.3, I didn't know what place I had finished in until a few mins before the awards ceremony. The tracker was for most of the race.
