First time using race wheels w/ tubulars. What pressure should I be riding at?

General info:
Tufo S3 Lites w/ pressure range of 115-220 psi.
The projected temp at IMAZ is 90 deg. +/-.
I weigh 185 lbs.
Riding Cervelo P2K with one additional add-on (X-Lab 2-bottle).
