Sorry for the late reply.
I just returned from vacations in South America and noticed yours and few other emails / eBay messages and read the Slowtwitch thread. Quite disappointing that Schwalbe did not inform my distributor of the change – in result of which I have been selling all IRONMAN tires as having latex tubes (which, as we know now, might not be the case). My distributor is first class and the tires are authentic plus top grade. I try to keep the inventory at about a level of 10 and now have most likely a mix o0f newer and older ones – would need to pressurize to learn if each individual is latex of butyl
Well, at least we know what we are dealing with.
I would be totally willing to replace the un used ones with butyl with latex ones (if I have them) or accept the return for a full refund. I understand that the used ones were sold mislabeled for which I apologize – I am asking my distributor what stance they are taking regarding these? How many of those do you still have?
