I currently have the time impact pedals on my road bike, however I just bought a new tri-bike and need new pedals. I would prefer not to change cleats each time I want to go out and ride. Does anyone know it the new RSX pedals will work with the old cleats? or will the old pedals accept the new cleat?

The cleats are different. You will either need another set of impacts, or buy two new RSX's. I feel your pain though. I own 3 sets of the older style Time pedals. They work perfectly for me. and I see no need to update to 3 sets of the RSX's unless it gets to the point where I just cannot locate anymore cleats for them. Planned obsolesence stinks!
