Thank goodness for tapering.

IMAZ in two weeks. After 3 out of 4 Saturdays with 100+/5.5 bricks, (and one slightly shorter one) 60/4.4 felt like nothing...WELL!!...not much at least. So did a whole week of tapering. (except for some short hill repeats on the run on Wed and on the bike on Thurs.) Extra rest days.........And my run tomorrow is only 2h. ;-).

Looking forward to more tapering. AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!
