Can you help me understand the logistics (and costs) involved in doing the ultra 520k canada race http://ultra520kcanada.com/ ?

With two children around the age of 10 I wonder how to manage that ? Do they move to different hotel on day#2 ? Do I just leave them in Penticton ? Can I use them to help out ?

What about support crew ? Do I need to enlist 2-4 additional friends to give up their weekend for me ? What about their expenses?

Any advise is welcome.
