Does anyone have a rough guideline for converting a weekly TSS to Garmin's "intensity minutes"? Reason I'm asking is that the Garmin number displays on my watch with a couple of button presses, but TSS means that I have to go into TP, navigate around, etc. I think that might be useful going forward for seeing if I'm on track for each week.
Doesn't need to be exact, but if I'm targeting a TSS of say 500 for the week, what does that mean in IM's? I could probably take the time to research all this myself and figure it out, but I'm lazy and I can't brain today.
