With a full IM do you have to worry about your T1 and T2, or do you put your stuff in bags and the volunteers get everything for you???
In other words i don't need to set up my transation area.

Your mom's box
At dotm races you have bags that you run by and pick up. Your swim to bike bag, T1 will have your shorts, top, shoes, gloves, sun glasses etc. Wet suit goggles go into the bag for bick up later.
Bike to run, T2 , has running shoes, shirt, hat etc for the run. Bike stuff goes into that for later bick up.
You will also get a after race bag for some warm cloths etc.
I am amazed how organized the dotM's are
