Interested in others opinions on how to race the swim. In my first IM I over seeded myself and got crushed, had a panic attack and nearly dropped out.... Going into the event I felt the swim was my strongest leg. However, I had never experienced a mass start. A whole new ball game in my opinion...

Anyway, I will certainly not overseed myself this year.
