Is anyone training with these? just want to know if they actually promote correct head position.

It hurts so bad, it feels good.
I just bought a pair last week, and have been in the pool twice with them. I'm not a strong swimmer, with dubious technique, but I did learn that I have head position all wrong, and that the hydraligns have shown me how to place my head.
Result: Easier breathing, less panic, more relaxed, feel in control and like I know what I am doing. For the first time.
In short, revolutionary. But that's me, if you already know head and body position, it's probably a 'meh'.
