I would always search first with any questions as these topics have been gone over and over, but newbie in the name gets a pass.

Evade will be your choice between those 2. Evade tests fairly well for an all-round aero helmet. Air Attack tests rather poorly on just about everyone when compared with similar lids. I would also add the LG Course which tests right up there w/ the Evade for an all-round aero helmet. I'd try those 2 and see what appeals to you in regards to fit/ style.
